WHIItE~S, Ordinance No. 2.07 "An Ordinance Establishing Charges
for Sanitarar Sewer Service°, provides in Section 4 far requiring that cer-
fain types of business and in certain cases service charges shall be de-
termir~d by the use of water instead of by f]at charge;
NOW THF~FiEFCI~E BE IT RESOLVED that it as hereby determined that as
to the following classes of business a meter shall be installed metering
the use of water on each such lot, parcel or premises on which such buGi-
ness is located, and that it is further determined that such installation
shall be made at-the time the sewer service connection is made providing
that in those places which are a]ready connected at the time of the adop-
tion of this resolution, such installation s hall be made within ten days;
and it is further determined that such meter installation is necessary be-•
cause the flat charges provided by ordinance are impractical to apply to
such classes of property and would result in inequitable charges:
1. All-Restaurants
2. All Taverns or places of business holding 3,2 beer license,
3. All bakeries.
!:. Oil. Stations, which provide for car washing service.
All meters shall measure water in cubic feet, deters 2" in diameter
or larger shall ~ the constant flaw type meter. All maters shall be ap•
proved by the Village En~i.neer before insta].lationR
