WHERF.~S, Pursuant to resolution of the Councils adopted on the 12th day
of April 19511, av report has been prepared by the Village Engineer, with refer.-
ence to the storm sewer improvement asdesignatsd in Resolution No. 33~; and
this report was received by the Council on April.. 12, 1~4.
NQfl1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL CF THE VILL~.GE ~
RICHFIELD, MINNE50TA.s
1. That the Counc3.1 consider the construction of storm sewers in the
districts as designated in Resolution No. 332, in accordance with the report,
and the ass.essment~of all benefited property within the areas described, for
all or ~a portion of the improvement costs, pursuanta to M., S. ~-.., Sec. 429.011
to 4.111 (Laws 1~3, Ch. 398) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of X434,957.00.
2. ~ public hearing shall. be held on such proposed improvement on the
3rd day of May 1954, in the Counci3~ Chanbers of the Village Hall at 8 x1.5 P.M.,
and the Clerk shal7l give published notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by la,w.
