STREET OILING IMPROVEME1~Tf, KNIT AS VILLAGE PROJECT No. 2~9.
WHEREd.S, Pursuant to resolut3.on of .the Council adopted on the 22~d day of
March, 194, a report has~been prepared by the Village Engineer, with refer-
ence to the improvement, by village wide street oiling, as designated in
Resolution No. 315, and this report was received by the Councils on March 22nd,
1954,
Ntxd, THERII+'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
RICHFIELD, MLNNESOT~.:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such streets and alleys
in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all
or a portion of the cost.of the improvement, pursuant to Mr S. A.., Sec. 429.000
to 429.].11 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of X104,750.00. .
2. 1•public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
3rd day of May 1954, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:00 P. M.,
and the clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law.
