RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET SUR-
FACING, IMPROVEMENTS KNC~TN AS VILLAGE PROJECT N0. ~~~9.,
WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council. adopted on the
2?6hd day of March, 195l~, a: report has been prepared by the Village Engineer,
with reference to the improvement, by street surfacing, as; designated in
Resolution No. 3].l~, and this report was received by the Council on .March
22'nd~ ~95t~. ~,
NCi~d, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE CF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such s txee is in.
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting propert~r for all or
a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuar;t to M. S. A., Sec. ,29.011
to 129.111 (I~.ws 1953, Che 398). at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of ~1~7,79l~.00. .,
A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 3rd day of May, 1954, in the Council Dhambers of the Village Hall at
$ «30~ P. M.' and the Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
