RESOLUTE ON RECEIVI NG REPORT AND CALLING HF~RTNG ON STREET C~iDING
IMPROVEMENTS KNOWN AS~ VILL~.f~ PROJECT NOB. 253, 25l~, 256, 258, and
263.
WHEREl~S, Pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted on the 22nd
day of March, 195., a report has been prepared by the Village Engineer, with
reference to the improvement, by street grading, as designated in Resolution
No. 313; and this report was received by the Council on N~arch 22nd, 1954.
N04J THEREF~E, BE IT RESOLVEI9 BY THE VILL~.GE COUNCIL C8±' THE
VILLAGE C~' RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA;
1. That -the Council consider the improvement of such streets in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutt3.ng proper~,y for all or
a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M. S. ~., Sec. 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws -1953, Ch. 398) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of X29,867.00.
2. A: public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 3rd day of May 1954, in the Council Chambers of the Village Fall at 815
P~ M., and the Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing ar~i improve-
meet as required by law..
