R~OLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AIVD CALLING HEARING ON STREET
SURFACING IN BUSINESS, InSTRZCTS, TMPROVFAgENPS KNOWN AS
VILLAGE PROJECT NOS. 161, 191, 250, and 255. o
WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the
2~7~.d day of March, 195., a report has been prepared by the Village Engi-
neer, wi th reference to the improvement, by street surfacing in business
districts, as designated in Resolution No. 312, and this report was re-
ceived by the Council on ~'Tarch 22nd, 1951,
NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE VTLL~.GE COUNCIL (~' THE
VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, MLNNF50T~:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such streets in
accordancewith _the report-and the assessment of abutting property for all.
or a portion ~of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M. S. ~,, Sec. ,
Lb29.011 to l~29.111 tLaws 1953, Ch. 298) at an estimated total costaof the
improvement of ~175,0$b.00..
2. A~public hearing sha]1 be held on such proposed improvement
on the 3rd day of May 195l~, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at a
8;00 P. M., and the Clerk shall give published notice~of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
