WHERE,~S, pursuant to resolution of the Counci]~ adopted on the 22nd
day of March~,1954, a report has been prepared by the Village Engineer, with
reference to the improvement, by street grading and surfacing as designated in
Resolution No. 311 and this report was received by the Council on larch 22~cif

1~, That, the council consider the improvement of such s treets in ac-
eordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a•
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M. S.. ~.., Sec. 429.~J11 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 393) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
~49,59i.oa.
2'. A. public hear3.ng shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
3rd day of May 1954, in the Council .Cham~ebers of the Villa ge -Hall at 7:45 P. M.,
and the Clerl~ shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law
