RF~OLUTION RECEIVING REPORT C~.LLING HEARING ON STREET GR~32NG IMPROVE-
MENT, ~ TO BE KNOWN ASS VILLAGE PROJECT N06. 17b, 187, 190, 192, 198, 199, 232,
241, 244, 248. and 249.
T~HERE~.S., Pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted on the 22nd day
of March, 1954, a~ report has been prepared by the Village Engineer, with reference
to the improvement, by street grading, as designated in Resolution No. _ 310, and his
report was received by the Council on l~az'~~i ~2, 1954.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, Minnesota.:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such streets in ac-
cordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M. S. A., Sec. 429.~u ~
429.111 Claws 1953, Ch. 298) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
X75,680.00. °,
~. A. public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the '3rd day of May, 1954, in the Council Chambers of the Village ~ia11 at 7 p45
P. M., and the Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement
as required by 7aw:~
