RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET

WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the
22nd day of March, 195l~, a report has been prepared by the Village Engineer,
with reference to the improvement, by street and alley grading, as designated
in Resolution No. 309,. and this report was received by the Council on Nlarih
~2a~d„ 1954.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield, Minnesotan
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such streets and
alleys in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M. S~ A,~
Sec. 429.x11 trn 429.111 (`Laws 1~3, Ch. 298) at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of $23,576.00.
2. A. public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 3rd day of May, 1954, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at
5:00 P. M., and the Clerk shalh give published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
