RESOLUTION EST~-BLISHLNG ADDITIONAL PQSITION
CLbSSES A~3 SETTING THE SCHEDUIE C~' FAY RANGES
WHERE~iS, Ordinance No. 12.01, the Personnel M~r3.t System Ordinance,
provides for the establishment of classes: of positions, schedules of pay
ranges and compensation rates in t he . ac~r-inis:trative service of the Village
Government, ~ and
T~HERE~S, it is deemed to be necessary and. expedient and in .the best
interest of the Village to establish new classes of positions and schedule
of pay .ranges;
N~ni THEREE'GRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILL®GE COUNCIL of the Village
of Richfield;
1. That there be established the classifications "assistant ~pprais-
er" and "Actuary" in the Assessor's Division of the Finance Departanent.
2. That the compensation rate for the posi Lion of "Ass~is tent ap-
praiser" and 'Actuary" shall be established at X1.75 per hour.
3. That the Village Manager be authorized to fill four positions
as "Assistant appraiser" and one position as '~Actuaryn.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in the event the 1951 budget appropria=
lion for personal services in the Assessorf s Division is insufficient, it is
the intention of this Council to authorize 'a transfer of monies from the
L3.quor Store Fund to the General Fund.
