V. P. No. 156 b7th Street Penn avenue to Russell eve.
V, P. No. 2b1 67th Street Xerxes avenue to Trtlashburn .venue
By grading of roadway and boulevards of streets, and to assess; all abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
M.~S.l. Section x.29.91 to l~29.11 (Lags 1953, Chap. 398).
NOW THEREE'ORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE VZLLA(~ COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF RICHFIELD, MLNNESOT~:.
1. That the proposed improvements be referred to the Village Engineer
for study and that he be insixucted to report to the Council with. all conven-
ient speed, advising the Council in a preliminax~r way, as to whether the pro-
posed improvement. is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as.
proposed, or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improveme~tt as recommended.
2. That the street _ grading on streets ]3sted in this resolution'
shall hereafter be known as Village Project No. 156 and ~ 1.
