RESOLUTION ORDERING IM~.OVEMEIVT, DESIGI~'iTINCx
ENGINEER, AND Q,UTHORTZING PREPARATION OF
PLAI\~S AND SPECZFZCATZONS FOR SANITARY SEWER

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 318, adopted by the Village
Council. of the Village of Richfield on the 22nd day of March, 1954, a pz+e-
p liminary report by the G, M, Orr Engineering Company was so ordered, and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No, 319, Passed by the Villa ge
Council, on the 22nd day of March, 1954, the Preliminary report so ordered
was received and a public hearing on such improvement was ordered to be
held on the ]2th day of April, 1954,
WHEREAS, all property owners, whose proper~r is ].fable to be assessed
for the making of this improvement, Urere given ten days published notice
I` of the hearing through two weekly publications of the reazired notice; and
k the hearing was held and property owners heard thereon on the 12th day of
APri-l, 1954,
NC~J THEREFQftE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, P7innesota:
1, Such improvement is hereby ordered- as proposed in Resolution
No, 3a9, adopted by the Village Council the 22nd day of ~v-arch, 1954.
2, G. Nls Orr Engineering Company is hereby designated as the engi-
neer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement,
3, That this project bearing the designation of Village Project
No. 230 be combined and made a part of that project also bearing the de-
signation Village Project No, 230 which was ordered to be made and for
which plans and specifications were ordered following a public hearing on
.the 8th -day of February, 1954; that for all purposes hereafter, said two
projects bearing the designation Village Project No, 230 shall be considered
as a single project, and both the said projects shall be included many
reference to "Village Project No.. 230r',
Adopted by the Village Council this 12th day of April, -1954.
