~REA6~ Purrsuant to resolution of the Village Council adopted on
the 2~d day of March ].954, ~ report has been .prepared by the G. M. Orr Engineer-
ing Company with reference to the improvement of streets, by constructLon of
Sani.tar~r Sewer Laterals, named in said Resolution No. 318, and this report was
received by the Council on March 22'nd~ 1954.
NOW` THEREE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ~' THE
VILLAGE OP RICHFIELD, MTNNE.SOTA;
L. That the Council will consider the improvement of such streets
in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting proper~r for all
or a portion of .the cost of the improvement pursuant to M. S. ~.., Sec. 429.011
to 429.117. (Laws 7.953, 'Ch. 398) at an ~es timated cost of the improvement of
$67,000.00.
2. A public hearing shall ~ held on such proposed improvement on
the 12th day of April 1~4, in the Council Chambers of the Vi1].a.~ Hall at 8;00
P. M., and the clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and imp~rove-
ment as: required by 7.aw.
