assess; the abutting property for~all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to M.S.A,, Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398).
NOW THEREH'ORE, BT IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OE RICHHF"IELD,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the G. M. Orr~Engineering
Company for study aid that they be instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and. as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other 3mprovement~ and the estimated cost '
of the improvement as recommended. _
2. That the construction of sanitary sewer laterals. and appurtsnan.ces
~thereto~ on streets listed in this resolutions shall hereafter be known as Village
Project No. 230.
