RESOLUTE ON RESCINDINQ DESI GNA'lION OF STATE AID ROAD
#1 and STATE AID ROAD #53 IN THE VTLL~.C~ OF RICHFIELD.

WfHERE~, On February 10, 1953 the Board of County Commissioners of
Hennepin County rescinded the designation of portions of State Aid Road
No. 1 and State Aid Road No. 53 in the Village of Richfield, by resolution,
and
WHEREAS, The Village Council.. of the Village of Richfield concurs
ixi the decision of the Board of County Coirnndssioners,
NCW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED, That the designation of the fo1...
lowing State Aid Roads '6e rescinded as State A3.d or County Roads-
That part of State Aid Road No. 1 in the Village of Richfield de-
scribed as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Stag Aid Road No. 1
and Trunk Highway Nos.. 5 and 100 in the Southwest ~ of Section 31, Township 28
North, Range 23 Westx thence North through said Section 31, and continuing
.North to the North Line of Section 30, Township ~ North, Range 23West, and

That part of Sta#,e Aid Road No. 53 in the Village of Richfield
described as:follows« Beginning at the intersection of State Aid Road No. 53
and County Road No. 5~ in the center of Section 25, Township ~ North,
Range 24 West thence easterly along State Aic~ Road No. 53 to the inter-
section of former State Aid Road No. 1 on the West 1/16 13.ne of Section 30,
Township 28 North, Range 23 West and there terminating, arn1
BE IT FARTHER RFASOLVED that two certified copies. b~~ furnished to the
County Board for transmittal to the Commissioner of Highways.
