RESOLUTC ON APPROVING PLAT OF MATTSON HEL CHITS 3rd ADDI TC ON:
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT N0. 192 and APPROVING BOND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows s
1. That the proposed plat of Mattson Heights 3rd Addition is hereby ap-
proved sub jets to and upon completion of performance. of the subdividers contract
for such addition as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed subdividers contract for the deve~.Qpment of said
subdivision, bearing contract No. 192, be given Clerks File No. 1364 be
placed on file; that the same be approved and .that the Mayor and~ger be
authorized to sign said contract and the clerk be authorized to seal the
same for and on behalf of this v3.llage.
3. That the public contractors bond for performance of the conditions
of the said Subdividers Contract, in the amount of Eighteen Thousand (~18,000~00)
Dollars, on which the anchor Casualty Company ap~ars as surety, is hereby
approved.
4. That responsibility for all public streets, alleys, and other public
ways shall not be assumed by this Village unta.l final acceptance of the work
~n such property by this Council; and until such time full responsibility for such
streets shall be that of the developer of said subdivision.
5. That off-site improvements wilt be installed in Mattson Heights. 3rd
Addition in accordance with plans ark specifications approved by the Vi1la.ge Engineer
and by the veterans s administration ~on or before April 1, 1957.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesota,
this 22nd day of March 1954.
