Now Therefore, Be it resolved by the Tillage Council of the Village
of Richfield, Minn. •
1. That•the proposed improvement's be referred to the Village Engineer
for study aril that he be instructed to report to the Council with aJ1 con-
venient speed, advising the Gouncil~ in a preliminary way, asp to whether the
proposed improvement is feasiblw and as to whether it should best be made
as proposed, or ~ connection with some other improvement, and_the esti-
mated cost of the improvement as recommended.
