By grading of roadway and boulevards, and to assess abutting property for
all or a_portipn of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S..A. Section
l~29.01 to 1~29.1~, (Laws 1953, chap. 398).
NCW TI~EFOREs Be it Resolved by the Village Council of the Va:llage of
Richfield, Minnesota. ~ ,
1. That the proposed improvements be referred to the Village Engineer for
study and that he be instri~.eted to report to the.Council with all convenient
speedy advising,ths Council in a preliminary ways as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible aril as to whether it should best be made as proposed . _
or in connection with some other improvements and the estimated cost of the im-
provement as recommended.
2. That street grading on streets listed in this~~resolution~.sha11 hereafter
be known as Village Project No. 258.
