By grading, surfacing of streets, construction of sidewalks, and curb and
gutter, and to assess all abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to M.S,Ai Section l~29.01 to l~29.11 (Laws 1953, Chap. 3 ~ )
Now Therefore, Be it resolved by the Vil7.a,ge Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minn.
1, That the proposed improvements be referred to the Village Engineer for
study and that he be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient
speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed im-
provement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed, or
in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improve-
ment as recomlr~nded.
2. That street grading on streets listed in this resolution, shall hereafter
be known asVillage Project Nos. 162, 191, 250, and 255.
