By grading of roadway and boulevards and surfacing of streets, and to assess
all property abutting on streets named herein, and Aso asaews all. property in the
village of Richfield for all or a portion of the cost of improvements pursuant to
M, S, A., Section 429,01 to 429,11 (saws 195, Chap, 398),
NCHt. THEREFCt~E, Be it resolved by the Vi1].age Council of the Village of
Richfield s Minn.
1. That the proposed improvements: be referred to the Village Engineer for
study and that he be instructed to report to the~Counci.l with all convenient
speeds advising the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed~im-
provement is feasible and as_ to whether it should best be made as proposeds or
in connection with some other improvements and the estimated cost of the isn-
pr®verrbent as recormnended,
2`, That street grading on streets listed in this resolution, shall hereafter
be lrnown as Village Project No. 155, 160, 177, 7.94, X39, 243, and 252,
3. Adopted by the Council on this 22~.d day of March 1954.
