By grading roadway and boulevards of streets, and to assess all property in
the Village of Richfield for all or a. portion of the cost of the street grading im-
provement made necessary due to~the construction of sanitary fewer interceptor, pursuant
to M. S. A. Section l~29.01 to 429.11. (Laws 1953, Chap. 398).
Now Therefore, be 3.t resolved by the Village Council of the Vi~.lage of Richfield,
Minn.
1. That the proposed improvements. be referred to the Village Engineer for study
and shat Yie be instructed to report to the council with all convenient steed, advis-
ing the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as. to whether it should best be made as proposed, or in connection with
some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended,
2'. That street grading on streets listed- in this resolution; shall hereafter
be known as Village Project No. 176, 187, 190, 192, 198, 199, 22t~; 232, 211, 248,
and 21t.9.
3. Adopted by the Council on this 22nd day of March 19~l~.
