REE'INING COMPANY' FOR BITtIMLNOt~ MATERIAL. G=1358
BE IT R~OLVEi9 by the Village Councils of- the Village of Richfield
as follows
1. That the bid of the Northwestern Refining Company St. Paul
Parks M3.nnesota~ for 1951 requirements of bituminous materials being
the lowest bid by a responsible bidder' be and the same is hereby a,c-
eepted,
~', That the mayors manager and clerk are hereby authorized to
do all .things ra+aoessary for execution of a contract with Northwestern
Refining Company which :shall be given Clerk File number C-1358.
3, That the bid securities of the unsuccessful. bidders shall
be returned forthwith and that the bid security of Northwestern
Refining Company shall be returned upon execution of contract.
4, That payment fox the materials purchased hereunder shall be
from the fund where the material actually is used.
