1. That the Vil]~ge of Richfield make application for fibs conveyance

of the above descrlbed land to the Village of Richfield for park sold playground
purposes and that the Pryor and Manager be authorized and directed to execute
Dieparfiment of Taxation Form No. 92 applying for conveyance of said proper to
the Village of Richfield.
