BE IT REBOZVED BY THE VII,I,AGE COUNCII~ of the Village of Richfield as follows
1. That the proposed plat of Petit & Maurer 2r~1 Addition is herebar
approved+ subject to and upon completion of performance of the subdividers contract
for such addition as hereinaf ter authorized.
2'. That the proposed subdividers contract for the development of said
subdiv3.sion, bearing contsa.et No. 200, ~ given Clerks s file No. C-1338 be placed
on file; that the same be app~°oved and that the for and Manager be authorized to
sign saaid contract and the clerk be authorized to seal the same for an on behalf
of this Village.
3. That the public contraator~ s bond for performance of the condi t3.ons
of the said subdividers con~rac t in the amount of fifteen thousand 015,000.00)
dollars on which The General Casualty Co, of America appears as surety, is hereby
approved.
4. That responsibility for all. public streets, alleys, and other public
ways shall not be assumed by this v3.llage until final acceptance of the work on
such pro~riy by this council; and unt3.l such tame full responsibility for such
streets shall be that of the developer of said subdiv1.sion.
5. That off-site improvements will be installed in petit & Maurer
2~d A-ddition in accordance with plans and specifications approved bar the Village
Engineer and by the veterans administrata.on on or beforo March 15th, 1956.
