Plans and- spec3.fications axe on file at the office of the Village Engineer and
will be made available in prospective bidders on and after march 26, 1951,
Copies of said plans and specificat3.aars may be obtained art the office of the
Village ~gineer at the above address by depositing ~-2.~ for each set obtained. The
deposit w3.11 b® refunded to a].1i. bonafide bidders who return the documents in good
condition within 10 des after the date specified for receipt of bids.
No bids will. be considered unless sealed and filed with the 9illage Clerk and
accompanied by a cash deposits bid bonds or certified checks payable to the Village
of Richfield for 5~ of the amount bid, (to be forfeited as liquidated damages in
the event that the 'bid be accepised and the bidder shall fail to enter promptly into
a~ wr3.tten contract and furni~ the requ3.red band).
