RMSOLUTEON NO. 291
RESOLUTIM CANCELING CERTAIN SANITARY SEWER
ASSESSMEM TS IN BLOCK 83, WOW LAKE SHORES ADDITION.

WHEREAS, it appears • that Resolution No. 218, adopted by the Village Council
on October 14i 1953, provided for the levying of assessments for Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No. 1, a trunk line sewer, and that such assessments were levied on
.Block 8 of Wood Lake Shores Addition# and
WHEREAS, it appears • thgt the benefit assigned to the lots and parcels of
land'in Block 8, Wood Lake Shores, was computed in error by reason of the fact that
the benefited frontage was computed on the basis of frontage on both Oak Grove
Boulevard and Lake Shore Drive, and
WHEREAS# it .further appear unless and until a sanitary sewer line is
available and a street is constructed adjacent to said Block 8 on Lake Shore
Drive, there .is no benefit from such sanitary sewer improvement, and
WHEREAS, it appears that a hook -up charge can be made in lieu of the
assessment for the frontage on Lake Shore Drive;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council that the trunk line

sanitary sewer assessments for the years 1950 through 1973 inclusive be canoeledq�
and mat the Auditor and Treasurer of Hennepin County be hereby authorized to
cancel the same upon their respective records. Such.assessments are on Block 8,
Wood Lake Shores, Flat No. 46970, as follows:
