1. I t is hereby de tsrts3ned to • be n®csessaa~ and a xpedien t to the public
health, safety, and general welfare that the land hereinafter described be
acquia~ed by the vi7.lage of Richfq.eld for sanitary sewer and street uses sand
purpos®s, said land being in the village of Richfield, County of Hennepin, State
of P~innesota, and legally d®scribed as follows, to-wi.ts
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NWT) of the Northwest Quarter (NWT) of

3. That the mayor, meager, finance officer and attorney are hereby authorized
and directed to do au~y and all things n~essary to complete the purchase of said land
in accordance with said offer.
4. That the cws t of said Land shall be allocated and paid from the Saanitar~r
Sewer Improvement No. l Fund.
