Tt is hereby determined to be necessarsr and expedient and in the public
welfare to main fain a safe deposit box in the State Bank of R3.ehfield for
the safe keeping of certain valuables and records.
That access to said sa~'e d®posit box shall be 2~.d bar Leroy Trafton,
Village I+~riager and Paul H. Haugen, village Clerk-TreasuPer, togeth®r or
singly.
That access #o said safe deposit box sha11 likewise be granted to the
successors in office of Leroy Traf ton and Paul H. Haugen!
That those persons authorized to have access to the safe deposit box
