PRt?JECT N0. 228.
WHEREAS, puxsuan t to resolution of the council adopted on January 25, 195l~,
a report has been prepared by the Village Engineer, with reference to the improve-
ment, by grading of streets in the Wexler lida13.t3.an, known as Village Project No.
228, as designated 3aa, Resolu#3.on No. 283, and this report was received by the
council. on February 8, 1954; .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VTLI~At~ COUfJCIL ~ THE VILLAGE OF
RICHFIELD, }KLNNESOTA:
1. That the Council consider the improverr~nt of such streets in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting properly-for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to M. S. A., Sec. 429.01]. to 429.111 {Laws
1953, Ch. 398) at an estlma-ted total cost of the improvement of X2,500.00•
2. A public hearing shall. be held on such proposed improvement on tlae 8th
day of March, 1~4 in the counc3.3. chambers of "tile Village Hall. at 8:00 P. Ni.,
and the clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement ,as
required l~r ].aw.
