RESOLUTIGN APPROVING PLAT OF JACOffiCT AND QUIST.
2ND ADM TI(T; AUTHORIZING E}CECUTIOK ' OF CCNTRACT
NO. 201 AND APPROVING BOND. C -12850
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as follows:
1. That the proposed plat of Jacobson & Quist 2nd Addition is hereby
approved subject to and upon completion of performance of the subdividers con-
tract for such addition as - hereinaf ter authorized.
2. That the proposed subdividers contract for the development of said
subdivision bearing Contract No. 201., be given Clerk's File No. C -1285, be
placed on file; that the same be approved and that the Mayor and Manager be
authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be authorized to seal the same
for and on behalf of this Village.
3. That the public contractor's bond for performance of the conditions
of the said subdividers contract in the amount of nine thousand ($9,000.00)
dollars on which The Saint Paul - Mercury Indemnity Coupany appears as surety.,
is hereby approved.
4, That responsibility for all public streets, alleys, and other public
ways shall not be assumed by this village until final acceptance of the vork
an such property by this council; and until such time full responsibility for
such streets shall be that of the developer of said subdivision..
