BE IT RF50LVEI~, by the Village Council of the Village of R3.chf"ield as follows That, in accoz~dance vai.tl~a law, the Northwestern Nati~.onal Bank of Bloomington-Richfield be, and hereby is desigcated depository of the funds of. the Village of Richfield, sub3ect to modification and revo- cation at any tune by said Village, and sub3ect to the follo~ing terms and conditions: The said depository shall not be required to gave bonds or ether securities for such deposits provided that the total scam thereof shall not at any time exceed in any such depository the -sum for ~nich its deposits are insured under the Acts of C~gress of the united States relating to insurance of bank deposits; but that in case such deposits in any such depository shall at aa7r}r time exceed such insurdc$. sum, said depository shall itmtaediately furnish bonds or other security for such excess according to law, approved by the Village Council of said Village. That said depository shall pay on demand all deposits therein; .and shall pay all time deposits, at or after the end of the per3.ods for which the same shall be deposited, on demand. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all mon3.es relating to sanitary sewers sha11 be deposited in the North~restern National Bank of Bloomington- Richfield. Checks on this fund shall be signed by the following officers: Fred 0. Kittell, Mayor Leroy Traf ton, Village Manager Paul H.
