RFSOLVED•by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield

' 1.- That this Council, having considered the design and operation.. ;'
of :the several voting machines on which bids•have been submitted, it s~
- ~ hereby determined that th'e.bid of the Shoup Voting.. Machine Corporation.
of.Philadelphia~ Pennsylvania, on th~:~ty-six (36) Shoup Electr3.c Voting
Mach3.nb~:~~ .: the sum of ~5l~;671.0~. is the lowest bid by a responsible
bidder and 'lr.,~~:.is :hereby accepted. ~-
2. That the Mayor, Manager and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a contract on behalf of the Vi1l.age of Richfield -
for the purahase' of said machines in accordance with the terms of said
bid; payment that®for to be made on a cash basis,
