RE50LU7~ON RECEIVING REPORT AND GALLING
HEARING CN ]~iPROVEMENT -VILLAGE PROJECT

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 252, adopted by the council
on December 11i., 1953, a report has been prepared by G. A~. Orr Engineer-
ing Company with x~ferenee to the improvement of streets named in
said resolut~.on No. 252, and this report was received by -the counci3.

N 06d THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF RICHFIEL~9, MINNESOTA: ~ .
1. The council will consider the improvement of such streets
in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutt~ln.g property
for e.ll or a port3.on of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M. S..A.,
Seos. 129.011 to x.29.111 {laws 1953, Ch. 398) at an estimated total.
cost of the improvement of ~1,119,1~17.00. .
2. A public hearing sha11 be held on such proposed improvement
on the 28th day of 'December 1953 in the council chaanbers of the Village
Hall at 8:00 o~clock P. M., and the Clerk shall give. published no ties
of such hearing and 3,mprovemen t as required by law.
Adopted by the Village Council this l.l~th clay of December 1953.
