RESOLUTION NO. 239
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TEMPORARY TRANSFERS
OF FUNDS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield that the sum of $85,000.00 be transfgrred from the
Liquor Fund on a'loan basis to the Sanitary Sewer Construction
Funds to pay for claims and estimates allowed by the-Council
as followss
Sanitary Sewer Project No. 214 $42,000.00 -
Sanitary Sewer No. 1 $43,000.00
AND BE.IT'FURTHER RESOLVED that such lban.s be repaid im-
mediately 6n the receipt of monied from the sale.of bonds for
such expenditures.
