RESOLUTI~T RELEASING PART OF COLLATERAL
OF' RTCH~'IELD STATE BANK.
WI1S, Richfield State Bank has requested the release of ~b~Qt}O.Ofl
Village of New Brighton sewer improvement bonds at 2.0l~, due January l~
1955, ands
WHEREAS, the remaining amount of collateral pledged by the State Bank
of_ Richfield w3.11 '~ ~1.~$2,000.{)D, which amount the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield has determined to be sufficient, '
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT R~'SOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ~ THE VILLA(
OF RTCHFTELD; P~IN'NLSOTA,
That the Village Council. hereby authorises the release of ~6~000.~a
Village of New Brighton sewer improvement bands at 2.0~~.due January 1,
1955, pledged t~ the Villa~,e of Richfield as collateral.
That the A~rquette National Bank be authorized and directed to
release these securities to the State Bank of Richfield.
Adopted by the Village Council this 9th day of November 1953.
