RESOLUTION ORDERING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, C. W.. Harmon and Marin L. Harmon, hubband and wife, have
conveyed to the Village of Richfield an easement for street purposes
over the north thirty.(30) feet of the following described property,
to~wit:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Silverwood Addition to
Richfield, Minnesota; thence south 133.15 feet; thence west
165 feet; thence north to the north line of. Lot Five (5);
thence east to the point of beginning, except such parts
thereof as have heretofore been acquired for street or high-
way purposes; the same being the south thirty (30) feet of
west 64th Street from the center line of Girard Avenue So.
to 165 feet east, and,
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesota,
has determined to abate all future assessments. for local improvements
heretofore constructed on the aforementioned land,
.NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLSTr~D BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF RICHFI~;LD, MINNESOTA s
That the special assessments of C. W. Harmon, on the above des-
cribed property; ,be reduced from $?~0~.56 to ~303..1~2.
That the County Auditor of Hennepin County;,. Minnesota be, and he
hereby is, authorized to cancel those special assessments for storm
sewer. construction on the above described property and substitute
therefor the following assessments:
