RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING SANITARY SEi~ER ASSESSMENT
PREPAYMENTS TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT N0. 1
CONSTRUCTION FUND.
WHEREAS, certain persons have prepaid their sanitary sewer improve-
ment No. 1 assessments, and
TnI~REAS, such prepayments have been deposited to the credit of the
Village of Richfield escrow account in the Northwestern National Bank of
Bloomington-Richfield, and
WHEREAS, assessments for sanitary sewer improvement No. 1 were con-
firmed by the Village Council by Resolution No. 218, passed October 11~, 1953.
NOW THEREFORE, BE 7T RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Vi1-
lage of Richfield,. Minnesotan
1. That the monies in the escrow account of the Village or Richfield e
in the Northwestern National Bank of Bloomington-Richfield amounting to
$149, 7.02.30 be transferred to the credit of the Village of Richfield
sanitary sewer improvement No. 1 construction fund.
2. That the Northwestern National Bank of Bloomington-Richfield
be authorized to effect such a-transfer of monies.
3. That any overpayments of assessments heretofore received by
the Village ofRichfield shall be re-paid from the sanitary sewer improve-
ment No. 1 construction fund; and that any under-payment of assessments
hereafter received shall be credited to the sanitary sewer improvement ,
No. 1 construction fund.

Minnesota, this 2bth day of October 1953.
