BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
that.the. petition to the Minnesota Railroad and Warehouse Commission,
#:. for a crossing. at 62nd Street and the Minneapolis.. Northfield and
Southern 'Railroad tracks, as set forth in ResoltLtion No. 190, `passed
.. August 25, 1953, be withdrawn.s
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of the resolution
be furnished said commission.
