BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of ~i..chfields Hennepin Couni~, J!~.nnesota as fol7.ows: 1. That the Vi1l.age Clerk has, with the assistance of the Village ~hgineer, calculated the proper amounts to be assessed for the Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1, consisting of a system of sanitary sewer interceptors, against every assessable lots piece, and parcel of land specially benefitted thereb~r in accordance w3.th the provisions of law, and the proposed assessment so made up was filed ~xi. th the Village Clerk for more than 30 days prior ~ the assessment hearing and was open to public inspection at all tames during said period, 2. That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore - duly •held as required by law so that this Council could meet and pass upon the proposed assessment. 3, That an opporta~ity has been g:i.ven to all 3.nterested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public hearing. . 4.
