That the proposed improvement be referred to G. M. Orr P~.igineering Comps.ny for
study and that they be instructed to report to the council with all convenient
speed advising the council in a preliminary way' as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as.to whether it should be made as proposed or 3n
tonne coon with some other improvement, and the es ttima t8d cost o f the improvemen t
as recommended.
