VILL~,GE PROJECT NO. 225. TidHERLAS, the G. M. Orr Ilagineering Company, pursuant to prev3.ous resolution of this Council passed• the 28th day of September, 1953, has prepared plans and specifications and has also prepared an addendum thereto for a stow sewer in the .v3.cinity of Pleasant Avenue South and 65th Street, which project is Imown as Village Project No. 225, and T~REAS, the Village Clerk, pursuant to said resolut3on~ has advertised for bids for the consf~a.cti.on of said improvement in accordance therewith as required by laws and . TnTHER~S, this Council has not heretofore approved said plans and specifi- cat3.ons and addendum N(~ THEREE'ORE BE IT RESOLVE'~~ by the Village Council of the Village of a' Richfield as follows 1. That the plans and specifications and the addendum thereto as prepared by the G. M. Orr Engineering Company, for Village Project No. 225 for the constru.ct3.on of which advertisement for bids had been made as required by laws are h®r®by approv~i and aa~opted by ~bh~.s Councils and the same are the official plans and specificdtions for said 9mprov®ment, 3n accordance with which said ~ rovemen t shall be made. 2. That the acts of said G. M. Orr ~hgineering Compax~r in the preparation of said plans and specifications and addendum thereto and the acts of the pillage Clerk in advertising for bids thereon are hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed.
