The offer of the owner of said lots to sell a portion of Lot 10 to the Village for the sum of 3f~.0©.having been withdrawn, and the owner of said lofts now ha~.ng offered to sell said Lots 9 and 10 to the Village of Richfield for the sum of i50.00~ ~.t is hereby detarm3.ned that said offer is ' fair and reasonable. and a proper price to pay fox s aid Lots 9 ~d 10, ,and said , offer is hereby accepted. 3. That fibs ~.yors 'Manager, Finance Officers and Attorney are hereb~r , ~uthoritied and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to effect the purchase of said ao;ts for tine price hereinbefore set forth. 1.~..
