FOR THE Y~R 1952.
BE IT R~OLVE19, by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin Coun-tp, ~.nnesota, as follows
1. That the Village Clexit has, with the assistance of the Village
Eazgineer, calculated the px~per amounts to be assessed for the constrizct~i.on
of Village Project No. 128, consisting of the Village-wide street oiling
pmgram for the year 1952,. against every assessable lot, piece, and parcel
of land specially benefited thereby in accordance with the px~ovisiaris of
~.aw, and tie promised assessment so made up was filed yd.th the Village Clerk
for more than 30 days pr3.ar to the assessment hearing and was open ~ public
inspect3.on at a1.7. dines during said per3.od.
2. That notice has been duly published and a public hearing here to-
fore-duly held as required by law so that this Council could meet and pass
upon the proposed assessment.
3. That an opportaari~.ty has been given to all interested persons "to
present their ob~ecta.ons, if any, to such proposed assessment or to any
item thereof at said public hearing.
~,. That the Village Council has heretofore duly established Village
Project 1Vo. 128 and after carefully considering all of the facts, the ,.
benefits to each lot, piece, or parcel of lands and fully adv3.s3ng itself

5. The proposed assessment is hereby aff3.rmed~ adopted ar~d -confirmed
and the scams fixed and named in said proposed assessment are affir~cl~ adopted
and confirmed as the proper special assessment far each of said lots pieces
or parcels of land respectively, and said amount so set out is hereby lev3.ed
against each of the respec-hive lots, peees~ or parcels of land herein
described«
-- 6. Raid assessment so affirmed adopted, and confirmed shall be cert~.fied
by the Village Clerk and filed in his offices and shall thereupon .be acid
constitute the special assessment for said Village 1'ro~ect No. 128.
?« The amount assessed' against each lots piece, or parcel of sand shall
bear interest from the date hereof unt3.l the same has been paid at the rats of

8« That such assessments shall be payable in one annual installment
payable on the first day of January in each year beginning in the year 195t~
and can tlnuing Lmt31 all of said ins ta1]ments shall have been pa3.d~ each
installment to be collected with taxes collectible during said year by the
County Auditor.
