BE IT R~OLVED 'by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield Hennepin County, Nfi.nnesota, as follows: 1. ~ It is hereby determined that the North Twenty (A120) feet of Trot Ten (l0), Block Three {3);, Rays I~ynnhurst Second Addition, Hennepin Coun~r, Minnesota, is needed for public purposes, to~-wit: for the locat3.on of a sanitary sewer pumping station and appurtenances thereto. 2. The offer of the owner of said lot to sell the same to the Village of Richfield for the sum of X300 is hereby determined to be a fair and reasonable offer and ~ fair and proper price to pay for said lot, and said offer is hereby accepted. 3. The Mayor, Finance Officer, yianager~ and Attorney are, hereby authorized and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to effect the purchase of said property for the pr3.ce hereinabc~ge set forth. 1~.
