That Elie Village Clerk hasp with the assistance of -the Village Engineer calculated the proper aanounts to be assessed for the construction of Village Project No. ~a_ consisting of street grading and related 'work, against ever3r assessable lot, piece, and parcel of land especially benefited fihereby in accordance wdth the provisions of law, and the proposed assessment so made up was filed with the Village Glerk for more than 30 days prior to the assessment hearing and was open to public inspection at all times during said period. 2. sat no#3ce has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held as required by law so that this Council could meet and pass upon the proposed assessment. 3. ~,at fin. opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed assessment or to ar.~ 3t~n thereof at said public hearing, o - ~.. That Ilse Pillage Council has heretofore duly established Village Project No, ]~. and after carefully considering all of the facts, the benefits ~ each lot, piece, or parcel of land, and fu]1y advising itself in the premises has found and determ~i:ned aril. her®by declares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land included in said proposed assessment ro11 was improved by reason of the construction of said Vil7.age Project No. ~ and has been and is. specialty benefited in the amount set out iu.said proposed assessment roll opposite eats such lot, piee®, or parcel of land. ~, , 5. 71i.e proposed assessment is hereby a#firmed, adopted and eonfi.rnied, and the suzr~s fixed and named in said proposed assessment are affirmed adopted and cusf3.rmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots? pieces, or parcels of land rlespectively, and said amount so set out is hereby levied .against each- of Ilse respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein described. 6. Said assessrr~nt so affirmed, adopted, and t~nfirmed shall be certi fled by the Village Clerk and filed in his office, and shall thereupon be and cons~i.tute the special assessment for said Village Project ~No. ?~. 7.
