RF.SOLU2TC~T RELATIVE TO VACATING A PUBLIC
ALLEY BETadEEN LY'NkT00D BLV~3., AN~3 LAKESHC~tE
DRIVE
~iIl~FAS, a petition of the majority of the owners of real property
abutting upon ~e alley behind and between Lots 20 and 21, Block 1, Lynwood
Addition, and, between Lynnwood Boulevard and Lake Shore Drive has been
duly filed v~ith the Village Council, and published notice of hearing on tl~.e
vacation of said alley was given as required by law, and this Village Council
has met at the ~i.me anal place specified and has heard all interested persons
and it appears in the public interest that said portion of said a3.ley be vacated.
