BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ric~ifiel d,
Hennepin County Minnesota, as follows
1. That it is hereby determined that the property here3xiaFter described
is needed for a public purpose, to wit; for the location thereon of a lift station
in cc~nect~.on with ~hhe san3.taxy sewer installation in. the Village of Ridzf`ield•
2.. that the Village Manager, Mayor, Clerk and Attorney are hereby
authorized and directed to take such steps as may be necessaa~r to acquire land
hereinafter described by eminent domain proceedings.
3. That the land hereinbefore referred to tis ~ ga]1y described as follows,
