PURPOSE
BE IT ~S(~VED by the 9i11age Council of the Village of ~i.chfield,
Hennepin. County, l~.nnesota, as follows:
1. mat it is hereby determined that it is necessary and expedient for
the publ3.c health, convenience, safety and general welfar® to acquire an
easement, over the property which is more particularly described in Clerkts File
~To. C-Q50. That said easement consists generally ~f easements for street
purposes from 76th Street to 78th Street on Knox Avenue and an 77th Street from
Knox Avenue to Srving Avenue, and a location far a sar,~tary sewer lift station
at the southwest corner of the intersection of 77th Street and &~,ox Avenue.
2. That the offer of the owner thereof to conv~r said easements to the
Village of Ric~h.fi eld for the sum of ~.ree Hundred 0300.00) DoI,].ars, together tn~. th
the covenants contained in said document, is hereby deteed to be a fair and
reasonable offer, ~i.d the same is hereby accepted.
3. mat the Mayor, Manager, Finance Officer and Attorne~r are hereby
authorized and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to ccxnplete
the acquisition of said easements and to charge the expense th~ceof against
sanitary sewer improvement No. l constrtaction f#xnd.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Rio'rifield this 9th day of
September 1953.
