WTiERE~.S, it appears that by a resolution of the Village Council
adopted Octobar~ 8, 195.1, levying assessments in storm Suer District D-3f
and by a resolu.tian adopted June 1$, 1951, levyt.ng assessments in Storm Surer
District Consolidated D, the following were inadvertently charged for storm
sewers on both the platted and unplatted descriptions, and
ORES, by resolution dated September 9, 1953, the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield authorized cancellat3.on of said storm serer assessments for
the years 1954 to 1971 inclusive

of payment and sabmission. of a verified claim, refunds will be made for the amount
of over-assessments to the persons having paid such assessments.
