BE IT RESOLVE by the Village Goundl of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, I~Ln-~esota, as follows: .-
1. That after due consideration of a proposed assessment roll for Sanitary
Sewer Improv~nent ~Tc. I prepared by the G. M. Orr engineering Company with ~khe
assistance of the Village Clerk,; as heretofore directed by this Council, this
Coundl finds said proposed assessment roll satisfactory, accepts the same, and
orders it placed on file in the Office of the Village Clerk and kept men to the
public for inspecf.3.on.

ec~tained in said proposed assessment roll as required by law be held in the
Coundl chambers at the Village Hall at 8 t00 P.1~l. on the 13th day of October, 1953.
